Fed a little guy B, he has this problem. He loves sucking the food in his mouth n refuse to swallow. Tsk~ fed n asked him to eat quickly n he parrot after me.

AHHH!! i think i did well for my service proficiency test!!!!!!! i am so happy that i feel like flying up to the sky and become fireworks!

there were 3 stations - setting a table of 4, serving a table of 4, clearing a table of 4.

my first station was clearing which was in charge by Mr Goh. i was extremely nervous and with kenneth (mr pro and perfect) beside me, i was practically hyperventilating.

i was stupid, or should i say Mr AHEM-YOU-KNOW-WHO-YOU-ARE was irresponsible. i went for the extra practice during holidays and i was taught to wipe the table in a circle, irregardless of the gender. but mr goh corrected me just now, saying that it was wrong. he also said that i handled the cutleries dangerously. even tho the table was empty, i should be professional enough to pretend that there are "customers". i think i passed this station but i think i will fail myself. i believe i have got the ability to do better. i was too nervous and MR AHEM ruined me too. i cleared the table using 2 mins 58 seconds! whoot.

my second station was a BLAST! i set up the table very quickly and neatly. mr sim was happy with my performance. the very one thing i did wrong was to touch the napkins too many times, which was said to be unhygienic. learned my lesson, but i still think i did very well in this station (:

my third station was a joke. mr daniel chia was in charge and serving an empty table made me look so weird. like talking to the air....

"sir, here is your bah bah bah bah bah"
"do be careful, the plate is hot."
"enjoy your meal."

i always wonder why must chef give such a longggg name to the dishes.

for example... a plain chicken rice can be....

"Thailand pearl white pure rice, slightly roasted with australian honey garnished with fresh green spring onions and light soy sauce."

HAHA.

but overall, i think i did okay. better than what i expect. i expect myself to be a clown, banging into this and that and end up in tears AGAIN. but i did not!

AND i did not even feel like crying even when mr goh scold me many times today.

in the 'salt and pepper room' for being untidy when arranging the menu files.
and for having 2 super duper obvious strands of hair floating around at the back.
and for not following the rule of serving female guests first.

i think i am more thick skinned now! so happy!

my bro performed at Anglo-Chinese school yesterday, looking damn shuai on stage! he's the best drummer in my heart! boom-boom-boom. was so funny because he didn't allow us to watch his performance because he was SHYY. hahaha. but we secretly bought tickets and sneaked to the school. there were several times whereby we almost got caught by him. my blur mom insisted on running upstairs to the hall when the rest of us tried to stop her. in the end we got caught red-handed trying to sneak in by my brother. was so funny at that time because all of our actions seemed so frozen. been long since i play hide-and-seek! i used to be a pro!

anyway, met my group members at Chinatown today for project. we are supposed to lie and pretend we are going on a trip to somewhere and grade their service. you know, when you pretend and lie so much, it become so real, like you really going. we ended up feeling so excited as if we are really heading to Taiwan. sighhs. i need money.

oh, something random. i bought 4D today! hahaha. just for fun anyway. and i haven check yet. maybe if my number open, i can go taiwan (: i will bring daphne go (: as in bring daphne's hairrrr :P

walked around in Chinatown and found sth selling real cheap. AHEM. hahah. chankai would know. ask him :P

after the shopping session, doreen the ultimate pig wanted to eat at the food street even when we told her they won't open so early. hahaha. AND REALLY NTH MUCH LOR. so we walked under the scorching sun, almost melted and tried to find bubble tea. guess what, no bubble tea too!

i think i am being extremely lazy until i am so sick of myself.

i am dragging back service project with calista for many times already. the fact is that i am not ready myself, not enough research and not enough preparation. i wasn't like this last semester!

there MUST be sth tramatising enough to change me right?

and xin chyr, my french groupmate, emailed me about my poor consolidating of the whole group's work. seriously, i totally agree with her ok. and i wasn't mad at all. because that's really what it is. i just cut and copy the whole thing in powerpoint and put it in an unappealing manner, so much so that no one will be so attracted to our slides during presentation. my bullets were like tick dot a moment and dot tick another moment. my fonts were of all different sizes. it actually slapped me awake at how lazy i am after reading her email. i am so sorry xin chyr!

i have not studied for my tto test yet. my french revision is still stuck at lecture 1. and all i have is a week left, not forgetting that projects meetups are also eating into this week. plus my 2 tuitions. for god sake.

anyway, happy 17 months plus 2 days to Mr Ho Chan Kai!!! hahaha. went out with him on thurs which coincidentally was our 17th month together. how time flies. it seems so long already. back to topic, we went to Suntec City and Marina Square to shop. YES, shop. hahaha. imagine the boredom. he die die insisted that he wasn't bored.

went to the Science Centre with Jieling yesterday. that little girl enjoyed herself. so adorable! simply love her to bits man. and i enjoyed myself also!!! hahaha.

Got back the center ard 4.30. My nursery woke up and were playing. They greeted me again=) They appeared really happy to b able to see me two times in a row. SO nice can. i LOVE them. This particular guy, MY whom i am observing for my project is sooooo cute.

BUT, they are fun la, super friendly, it was my first dae with the k1s. They are so lovely can. They wanted me to hold their hands, played with me, talked to me right away. Wooow..they appeared to have enjoyed themselves. Y is it that i find younger boys cuter den girls=x and yes, they can remember my name.

hahahaha. i told her about my bun during service. too many baby hairs sticking out and mr goh has already warned me several times to do sth to it. stupid me thought that a hair spray would help. yea right, it help those hairs to gain strength and it sticked out even more prominently. woah. so yea, i look like a porcupine, with protruding spikes, all ready for service class.

so i need wax which is proven by Doctor Doreen Soh Huiting that it works like OMG. doreen is also quite a "baby" with lots of baby hairs. hahaha. but wow, after using her brother's Loreal Wax, her hair finally look neater.

but too bad, i just need a small bottle of it since i won't use it other than service days. when i saw a big bottle, i was still thinking of buying since i can share with my brother, forgetting that that nonsense boy has already shaven his head to a bling bling smooth ball, wanting to be the world most handsome monk.

went out very very early with chan kai today to Suntec City for the IT fair. reached around 10 plus and found out it only start around 12 so we went to Food Republic for its hokkien mee! weirdly, i felt like vomitting aft the meal, which i think is because the entire area is filled with the smell and it made me kinda sick in the stomach.

went to Carrefour and shopped around. saw the capsules machines again and he got this for me!



hahah. so cute.

headed back to the fair around 12. saw disney cartoon mouse! but we didn't buy ='( chan kai bought me a 1GB memory card which cost $44 for my phone and bought himself one too (: THANKS DEAR!



went to Marina Square for Pirates movie. PLEASE CAN. i will rate it like 0.4 popcorn ONLY.

0.1 for the songs
0.1 for the scenes
0.1 for the comfortable seats
0.1 for the effort

played pool too. but seriously, noob playing with noob makes the game really boring. lol.

went to Han's for dinner.

went shopping with Daph yesterday! fun fun fun!

met her at bugis and went to eat Cheesy Melts which we think it's really not nice. not as nice as we thought, the ad is just too good.

went to the Grand Cathay to watch Shrek 3. dad got 2 free tickets so we went. and the whole theater is like sooo big lahh! nice place, you guys should try.


we didn't know how to get there so we brought map! hahaha. daph asked me to refer to it discreetly cause it's embarrassing not knowing such a big mall.


chan kai! daphne wants me to tell you that she is a very nice girl because she wanted to use one coupon ytd and leave another one for us on sat. BUT too bad the validity date is only till 31 May!

shopped around and i spent like EIGHTY bucks in fourskin!

RIGHT after paying at the counter, i turned and said to daphne:

"oh no, what have i done, daphne?" *guilty face*
"oh, you bought sth that is cheaper than Levi jeans" *grins*
"yeah! you're right!" *grins*

hahaha. this girl just got the ability to make me happy.

we went to the Singapore Tourism Board and took LOTS of brochures for our projects. see! we're still nerds when it comes to work.


i think i can form a mini library on singapore places of attractions with all those thingy i kop from here.
