ahhh! i know i know! i didn't blog for almost a week.

been working everyday for this week except for today. i love paragon outlet PLEASE. everyone is so nice! including Gordon my MANager, Joven my SUPERvisor, my friends such as Winnie the Pooh, Daniel the Barista and Jonathan the University Brainy. even the kitchen staff are so nice to talk to cause they are simply hilarious and pervertic. imagine 2 chefs sharing the so-called 'cartoon' in their phone during working hours and the head chef trying to 'promote' his single junior chefs. but aiya, they are pretty harmless. everyone singing off tune in the kitchen and i am just so happy being there.

yesterday was VERY busy. late night shopping and it was so packed! guess who came to be the barista?

oh man. you should witness the jaw-dropping scene.

my legs are breaking in many pieces.

my schedule for this week was:

wed: 5pm to 10:30pm
thur: 11am to 11pm
fri: 3pm to 11pm
sat: 3pm to 12:30am

and next week would be even worse.

and i realised my school holidays are ending soon. LIKE SO FAST?!

oh man. i think i have fallen in love with working that i rather work than to study. but NO. i must wake up from my dream and study hard for next year.

i apologise 200 times to all of you for not updating after a week! cause i was really busy and i got really lazy to on the computer once i got home.

okay. now i shall briefly go thru my week.

on sept 18, which is LAST tues, i went out with daphne lim cai qin for our shopping spreee! but sadly, i STILL didn't manage to get my shoes. lazy to blog more so i shall copy the outing from daph's blog.

"went to the 'training' at coffeeclub this morning. turn out i didnt attend the training cause it starts at 4pm and i cannot make it(: left at 2pm to meet KOHshuhan!!! i love shoppppppping with you! hhahaha. blur sotong. she thought she's suppose to leave house at 2.45 when we settled to meet at 2.45pm. hahahha.

went RH. coffeeclub to get some stuff before we headed off SHOPPPPING. we bought what we wanted. ok, not everything we wanted though. she still hasnt get her shoe after like.. ONEYEAR. oh yah, we had QQ rice for lunch(: i love it! hahaha. we were walking and eating at the same time. the weather is so hot and the spicky chix floss in my rice is so spicy that i was perspring more tha usual. hahaha. but i still love QQrice(:

hahaha. okay, so i worked at Bakerzin on wed and thurs. i went out for lunch and movie with homomo on friday afternoon and taught tuition on friday night. went to cut hair on sat. and work at Bakerzin on sunday.

anyway, new updates. like i have said, i worked at the oktober fest on sat and earned $80 that day. and sorry darlings, the fest is overrr. so no more good and fun lobangs for the time being. but no worries, will update on my blog if i got good lobang to introduce to you guys kayyyy.

worked till midnight for the oktober fest and lyndy's boyfriend came to drive her home and we got a free ride too (: but, it wasn't such a great ride afterall. was slightly awkward cause of some situation. no matter what, still thank them for the free ride home.

oh and i am back to Bakerzin today.

gordon got me to his outlet. my first, or strictly speaking, second day at that outlet. was alright. just got to get used to many things like new table numbers, cutleries counter, POS system etc. gordon told me that bitch butch was fuming when he/she heard that gordon took me to his outlet. wheeeeee. she/he said "how can you take her in when she walked out of me!?"

like HELLO. i didn't REALLY walked out on her what. i walked out at 3pm AND my shift ended at 3pm lah!

i am just... getting off work what! what's wrong with getting off work, people?

this is a happy post.

hahah. worked for the oktober fest on thurs from 3pm to 11pm at Swiss Club and it was fun fun fun! you basically see funny and gradual transformation - people sitting decently at first, next slowly ordering alcohol free beer, next slowly ordering beer with alcohol, next accelerated frequency of ordering, then to standing up, then to stand on benches, then on tables, then dancing on tables.

it was fun because we don't have to carry beers and mugs like FINE DINING. you just have to use your hands and who cares if you slam it on their tables, they are too busy high-ing.

clara even shouted at a man to get down the table (for fun not really mad) and it makes me laugh even when i thought of it now. the man was too drunk to be listening to her. people were friendly (tho some got quite touchy because they are drunk) but it was really a fresh experience compared to the confined 'mouse trap' feeling i had when i work at fine dining places. i felt liberated there, laughing with my friends, clapping with drunken mad people, and listening to hundreds of people singing the same song and moving with the same rhythm! you don't have to care about politeness so much (because they are practically too drunk to care about what is around them) and you can scream at them (because music is too loud).

most importantly, 8 dollars per hour, not forgetting you feel like playing instead of working.

and.....

you get your pay on the spot, hard cash on your hands.

wohhhhhhhhhh.

i am going there to work today again at 4pm to 4am! (:

anyway, went to collect IT fair pay with doreen yesterday. got $460.40 for 4 days of work at Comex. good pay huh!

went to Global Arts to take a look at working environment and the usual QnA section and Terms and Conditions. i like the environment very much and so do doreen. most probably will go for it as well. shall listen to homomo's views later when i meet him for lunch.

after global arts, went to Bakerzin at United Square to look for Clara. she said she wants the art job too. ate tea time special there. ahhhh.... tiramisu and iced vanilla coffee blend and valrhona chocolate with marshmallow. woohooo. my fav. lip licking good.

travelled to Plaza Sing with Doreen to eat Monster Ice. strawberries ice still taste as good. yummy~

headed back home after that.

yes, bitch butch. bitch + butch don't sound right, i know, because bitch refers to a girl and butch refers to someone who is notably masculine in manner, behaviour and appearance. but it rhymes so who cares. oh and yes, she is a super duper bitch butch.

i shall not name her/him but she/he is my manager in Bakerzin. and we quarrelled today.

she/he daringly screamed in her/his blaring AUDIBLE voice, saying that i did not indicate if dessert is to be served during or after the meal. so during billing, customer complained and she basically ANNOUNCED to the entire restaurant about it.

the entire story is this.

lunch hour was busy busy busy and busy. customers who told their waitresses about having their desserts after their main course all left unhappy and upset because the kitchen basically screwed up their desserts, serving it damn late.

after a while, a table of 6 came and i went forward to serve them.

i asked the table of 6 if they would like to have their dessert during or after the meal. after asking for multiple times, no one answered me because they are happily chatting among themselves, ignoring my presence. after asking for one LAST time, a man finally answered, crisp and short, 'later'.

thinking it is disrespectful to further urge a reply, i only mark the man's dessert as later but the rest of the 5 people as together with the main course. i did that because i personally feel that if i were to serve their desserts later after their main, the kitchen would once again screw up the entire table's desserts.

and who knows, the kitchen seems to be playing a trick on me, they serve the desserts so fast that it is on time with the main course.

and there, the butch said:

‘为什么你没有写DESSERT要SERVE LATER？’


‘HUH? CUSTOMER 没有讲嘛。。’


‘你 FIRST DAY 的时候，我是不是有讲说要问！如果是你自己

i feel so tired. working day and night. gonna start work tmr at 10am to 5pm before travelling to another bakerzin outlet and continue from 6pm to 10pm.

i better find a good off day, windy and nice, and spend all these monies with my lovely shopping kaki, DAPHNE LIM CAI QIN.

eh. i suddenly realized that i will be working closing tomorrow.

which means, cakes for me to bring home! yeaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh!

my schedule is already fully packed this week which means no shopping day for me. not even a 20th month little celebration dinner on 14th with homomo. SORRY!

wed bakerzin from 1pm to 10pm, travelling between 2 outlets too.
thurs is the ocktober fest to see hot German men. $7 per hour! woots.
fri is Jieling's tuition class in the morning and Global Arts interview in the afternoon.

been missing long enough for you guys to miss me! hahaha. been working very hard these days. shall blog about my week with pictures (: (i know you guys love pictures :P)

went out with doreen on wednesday to get some briefing on another IT roadshow thingy. a new brand launching in Dec called Endigo. do look out for it cause it really sell great stuffs! that Endigo office is really quite ulu. going there was still alright, but getting back........ we forgot to alight! so got to some weird place. boarded another bus to get back to a mrt station but saw a donut shop during the journey and we alighted!

yesss, we alighted for donuts. alighted at some weird place. and we realised we have only $7.55.

Me: $7.50
Doreen: $0.05

hahahaha. that's like super pathetic. and the donuts shop don't accept Nets. (hello? try to accept nets cause it's so weird for a big shop to reject Nets!) bought 6 donuts for $6.50 and was left with $1.05 cents. so we can't buy any drinks to go with the donuts. ahhhh!

finally didn't work for a day and went to catch ratatouille with homomo at cineleisure. so damnn cute but not as nice as i tot. i still love emile like ever. (always so fat and spongy) been a long time since i meet homomo! *pinch your face*

patrick insisted that i must watch the channel U show now on tibet which is pretty disgusting. i mean, i always tot they ride horses and live in sand houses. only realised all the facts during my half year project on Tibet. HALF YEAR k. can imagine how sick i am of it? VERY SICK. hahaha.

i am backkkkkk!!!!!

finally, comex IT fair has ended, so is my job. i can't imagine how strong my brain power is, to actually drag myself to work everyday, not forgetting i end work at 10.10pm and reach home so late. 12 hours of standing and i made it through! earned quite a lot of money in these 4 days. i think about 440 bucks in these 4 days?

oh oh, and not forgetting my kuku partner Doreen Soh Huiting. she travel to work with me, eat with me, sell with me, talk to me, laugh with me, lie with me, crap with me, pack with me, wait for taxi with me, complain with me, play wheel-a-fortune on mrt with me, gossip with me etc etc etc. hahahaha

i know several bosses in this Comex fair, and they saw my style of selling also. they say i sell with 3 mouths cause i talk super fast and to many people at once. haha. basically i lie and lie to everyone, claiming i use the product for years (as if) and it is so nice and good to use (rubbish) and the worst thing is they believe me (too bad). so these bosses offer me and doreen a job even after the Comex fair at $300 per day?! not bad huh, but no worries, i will check what is the job scope. we will be getting more info on this tues, and if everything i successful, i will get a NEW job on tues again.

i think i am very money minded now. i actually eat 2 meals during the 4 days. breakfast in the morning and dinner at 7pm. no lunch k! and worst is i don't even feel hungry until doreen come tell me about dinner. cause i think i just keep thinking about commission only. okok.

anyway, another boss (which is my customer during the Comex) offer me a job for $40 PER HOUR kkkkkk... he claimed to be the boss of an Art School called Global Arts. gonna be assistant art teacher? told him i can't draw but he say he will provide me free drawing class and i only need to work for sat and sun. maybe will go research about this school and similarly, if it's really such good deal, i will do it too. (:

now i got like so many jobs. tuition, IT fairs, roadshows, art schools, cafe......

i am going to be damn rich. maybe i can wear prada, LV etc etc to school leh!

HAHAH. jk la.
